Description of procedure
Implant-supported Prosthetics is a solution for replacing lost teeth that ensures maximum functionality, aesthetics, and durability.
Implant Crown (from 3500 zł) – installation of a non-metallic crown on an implant.
“Turnkey” Tooth Implantation (from 6500 zł) – a procedure for restoring lost teeth by placing implants and making crowns on them. As a result, the individual achieves comfort while chewing and enjoys the beauty of their natural smile.
Types of implant-supported prostheses:
1) Removable and partially removable prostheses on implants. Used in cases of complete tooth loss. 2) Fixed prostheses: crowns, bridges, and fixed prostheses (All-on-4 and All-on-6). Implant-supported crowns and bridgework represent a modern and effective solution for restoring lost teeth and their function, creating a natural appearance of the teeth, providing comfort, confidence, and a beautiful smile to the patient.
Indications:
– Absence of one or more teeth. – Need for replacement of prostheses or dissatisfaction with the results of other tooth restoration methods. – Desire to achieve aesthetic and functional solutions.
- Dental implant prosthetics are performed in cases of one, several, or all missing teeth. This treatment is usually conducted in several stages.
- The first stage involves the implantation surgery, during which titanium rods (implants) are surgically inserted into the jawbone under anesthesia using specialized equipment.
- On average, the second stage of treatment is performed after about six months (3-12 months) – it involves the placement of a crown, bridge-like prosthesis, or full denture.
- The process of placing a crown or bridge-like prosthesis on an implant:
- Implantation surgery.
- Formation of soft tissues for future crown placement using a gum former.
- Impression and modeling. Obtaining an impression for the precise fabrication of the crown with an abutment.
- Crown fabrication. Manufacturing of a custom crown that accurately matches the patient’s anatomical features.
- Crown placement (within 3-12 months). Installing the crown on the implant using a special abutment for secure fixation.

2. The All-on-4 and All-on-6 Techniques
involve the placement of 4/6 implants on the upper or lower jaw. Within 4-6 days after the surgery, a non-removable acrylic-composite prosthesis is attached, allowing for the restoration of function in the shortest possible time. Once the implants have integrated and the bone has fully healed, the final metal-ceramic prosthesis is installed.
